How can I pay for my order?

All orders are paid online using major credit cards via either Stripe or PayPal, choose the one you prefer. 

Does RedRedWine store my credit card details?

RedRedWine does not store any credit card details. If you choose to save a credit card to your account the information will be stored by Stripe or Paypal, not RedRedWine.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

We are sorry that we are unable to cancel orders after payment has been confirmed. For changes to your order please contact us via email at red@redredwine.com.sg or call +65 9641 7595. 

How do the delivery charges work?

Free delivery for orders of 150 SGD and above. For orders below 150SGD, a 10 SGD/order will be charged.

 

When can my wine be delivered?

Please refer to our delivery information.

 

Can I return my purchase?

We are unable to accept returns of goods sold. However, in the unlikely event that something is wrong with your purchase, please let us know at red@redredwine.com.sg.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do arrange for international shipping case by case. Please let us know your request via red@redredwine.com.sg.

 

Can I use RedRedWine to send gifts?

We will place your gift in a wine bag (for a single bottle) / box (for two or more bottles) and deliver it to your special someone. We can also send your wine with a gift card if you would like to include a message, just choose the gift option at checkout or drop us an email at red@redredwine.com.sg.
