Harvest: Third decade of September and before October, harvested by hand in 5 - 6 kg crates. The grapes are dehydrated for 25-30 days.
Vinification: Destemmed and crushed, subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature with delestage and pumping over for 12 - 15 days.
Elevation: It rests in 500-liter French and American oak barrels for 12 - 15 months, followed by an aging in bottle for 6 months.
Organoleptic examination: Clear wine with a garnet red color, intense and complex to the nose, ripe fruit, minerals and spices are perceived. Dry, warm and soft in the mouth.
